MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time. For this sessions, limit of 5 children per family, and/or pets welcome. For separate families, please book another appointment piggy backed and we can have some images of friends/relatives together!

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: Sessions are inside a greenhouse but still might be cooler than an indoor setting. If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Pamela Morello.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
