MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time. For this sessions, limit of 5 children per family, and/or pets welcome. For separate families, please book another appointment piggy backed and we can have some images of friends/relatives together!

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER:  If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Pamela Morello.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
